WORLD OF FOODSERVICE
We attended the exhibition and on our stand a chef was preparing and serving delicious food, using both Emborg and Friendship products.
Young student chefs are coached by mentors, with each mentor-chef overseeing between 6 and 9 students.
The concept for this project was developed by the Emborg Professional Team as a collaborative fundraising effort undertaken in conjunction with selected Asian Chefs Associations.
Uhrenholt has opened an Emborg Professional FoodLab in Bangkok, where our chefs can work alongside customers and suppliers to create unique foodservice solutions.
The kitchen was recently the setting for a Pizza Ideation involving our Asian foodservice team and the Culinary Manager from Pizza Hut. Weird and wonderful pizzas were created over the course of a 2-day workshop.
The winning recipes will be perfected by our corporate chefs and presented to Pizza Hut as part of our close cooperation to introduce new cheese solutions to the franchise.
