YOGURT WITH MUESLI

Ingredients

  • 200 g Coarse oats
  • 2 tbsp Coconut oil
  • 50 g Coconut
  • 50 g Cunflower seeds
  • 50 g Pumpkin seeds
  • 50 g Pine nuts
  • 50 g Walnuts, coarsely chopped
  • 150 g Clear honey
  • 2 litres Emborg Yogurt
  • 100 ml Lemon curd

 

 

Method

(Makes 10)

Mix all the dry ingredients together in a large bowl, making sure that the honey is evenly distributed. Spread out the muesli in one layer on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake the muesli for 10 minutes at 180°C. Stir the muesli and then bake for an additional 5 minutes. Let the muesli cool. 

Mix the yogurt and lemon curd together. Serve the yogurt with the muesli mixture.
