YOGURT WITH CHIA
Figs and NutsIngredients
- 2 litres Emborg Yogurt
- 100 g Chia seeds
- 300 g Hazelnuts
- 5 Figs
- 100 ml Maple syrup
- Handful of mint leaves
Method
Stir the yogurt and chia seeds to combine and let it set overnight. Toast the hazelnuts in a pan and rub most of the skin off the nuts. Cut the figs into quarters.
Arrange 10 bowls with the chia pudding, topped with coarsely chopped hazelnuts and figs. Top with the syrup and mint leaves.
