WAFFLES
With Chia SeedsIngredients
- 800 g Flour
- 4 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Salt
- 100 g Sugar
- 1 tsp Grated lemon zest
- 100 g Emborg Butter (melted)
- 4 Large eggs
- 50 ml Lemon juice
- 300 ml Emborg Whipping cream
- 2 tbsp Chia seeds
Topping:
- 400 g Emborg Mascarpone
- 400 g Blueberries
- 200 g Honey
Method
Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl and all the wet ingredients in another bowl. Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture and whisk until the dough is smooth. Let the dough set for 1 hour. Add additional cream if the dough is too dry.
Fry the waffles in a hot, greased waffle iron. Serve with mascarpone, blueberries and honey.
