- 1 Wholegrain burger bun
- 1 Veggie burger patty
- 100 g Emborg flavoured cream cheese
- 2 Emborg sliced cheese (Pepper Jack)
- Spinach leaves
- Tomato slices
- Jalapeno’s (optional)
Method
Lager the Veggie burger as desired. Add Pepper Jack cheese. The spicy creamy flavour adds contrast to the freshness and tanginess of fresh tomatoes, spinach and jalapeno peppers.
