with Pepper Jack

Ingredients                  

  • 1 Wholegrain burger bun
  • 1 Veggie burger patty
  • 100 g Emborg flavoured cream cheese
  • 2 Emborg sliced cheese (Pepper Jack)
  • Spinach leaves
  • Tomato slices
  • Jalapeno’s (optional)                              

Method 

Lager the Veggie burger as desired. Add Pepper Jack cheese. The spicy creamy flavour adds contrast to the freshness and tanginess of fresh tomatoes, spinach and jalapeno peppers.
