TRIANGLE CHEESE BUN

Ingredients                      

  • 1 pc Bread Dough (about 50g)
  • 15 g Emborg Dice Cheese 10mm
  • 5 g Emborg Butter
  • 2 g Emborg Gran Amici Shredded
  • 1 g Dried Parsley

Method 

Using a rolling pin, flatten bread dough to about 6cm thick.

Place Butter and Dice Cheese in the Bread Dough; Fold into a triangle. 

Allow the dough to proof for 40 minutes.

Brush with egg wash and poke 3 holes on the triangle dough. Sprinkle with dried parsley and Gran Amici Shredded cheese.

Bake in pre-heated oven for 12 minutes.
