• 2 large tortillas

  • 50 g Emborg butter

  • 100 g minced beef

  • 1 tsp brown sugar

  • 2 tbsp soya souce

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • 100 g shredded Emborg Cheddar

  • 1 scallion

  • ½ dl Emborg creme fraiche

  • A small bundle of coriander



Roast the minced meat in butter, then add brown sugar, soya source and garlic powder and let it boil down.
Place the one tortilla on a baking paper and top it with meat, cheese and chopped scallions. Grease the last tortilla with butter and put in the oven. Bake it at 210 degrees Celsius in app. 10 min.

Cut the quesadillas in 6 pieces and decorate it with thin slices of creme fraiche and coriander.
