PIZZA DOUGH ROLLS

with Mozzarella Cheese

Ingredients                  

  • ​300 g Emborg Mozzarella
  • 400 g pre-made pizza dough
  • 200 ml tomato sauce
  • Fresh oregano leaves

 

                                                       

Method 

Roll out the dough, cover with tomato sauce and finish by topping with mozzarella cheese.

Roll the dough into a roll and cut into round slices. 

Place the dough slices on baking paper and top with extra grated mozzarella cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes. Serve with fresh oregano.
