PASTA CARBONARA

Ingredients

  • 25g Emborg Grana Padana
  • 150 ml Emborg cooking cream  
  • 50 g pasta per portion
  • 50 g turkey or pork bacon
  • 1 egg
  • Salt/pepper to taste
  • Oregano or basil leaves to top           

 

Method 

Simple and easy - fry bacon in pan while boiling pasta. Mix eggs, cream and cheese. Drain pasta and toss in pan. Add egg mixture and stir.

Serve with a little extra Gran Amici Shredded and sprinkle with oregano or basil.
