- 25g Emborg Grana Padana
- 150 ml Emborg cooking cream
- 50 g pasta per portion
- 50 g turkey or pork bacon
- 1 egg
- Salt/pepper to taste
- Oregano or basil leaves to top
Simple and easy - fry bacon in pan while boiling pasta. Mix eggs, cream and cheese. Drain pasta and toss in pan. Add egg mixture and stir.
Serve with a little extra grated parmasan cheese and sprinkle with oregano or basil.
