PARMESAN CHEESE BUNS
- 50g yeast
- 2½ dl milk
- 500g flour
- 150g melted Emborg butter
- 25g sugar
- 5g salt
- 150g Emborg Shredded Parmesan
Dissolve the yeast in hand warm milk. Add melted butter.
Mix with the rest of the ingredients and knead until the dough is smooth.
Put the dough into a bowl, cover with a damp towel, and let the dough rise in 30 min.
Divide the dough into 24 equal pieces and shape the buns. Let the buns rest for 30 min.
Brush with whipped egg and press a small handful of Emborg Shredded Parmesan onto each bun.
Preheat an oven to 180 degrees and bake for 15 minutes.
