OMELETTE
with Courgettes & FruitsIngredients
Serves 10 people
- 30 eggs
- 300 ml Emborg Cooking Cream
- 1 tbsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 50 mg Emborg Butter
- 2 courgettes
- 500 g Emborg Gran Amici Shredded
- 500 g Emborg Blueberries, frozen
- 3 tbsp sugar
- Orange
- Dragon fruit
- Melon
- Strawberries
Method
Separate the eggs and mix the egg yolks with salt and pepper. Whip the egg whites until they are firm and turn into the egg yolk mixture. Cut the courgette into thin slices lengthwise. Melt the butter in the frying pan and place the courgette in the pan, top with the egg mixture and fry for approximately 5 minutes. Fold the omelette and fry for approximately another 3 minutes, top with Gran Amici Shredded and serve. Mix the blueberries with sugar and serve the omelette with raw marinated berries and fresh fruit.
