MINI PIZZAS

with Mozzarella Cheese

Ingredients                  

  • 200 g Emborg Mozzarella
  • 400 g pre-made pizza dough
  • 200 ml tomato sauce
  • Topping of preference (optional) 
  • Fresh basil leaves

 

                                                       

Method 

Set the oven at 225°C. Make 6 or 8 small round pizzas and place on oven trays.

Spoon a little tomato sauce on each base and spread it out. Sprinkle the mini pizzas with mozzarella grated cheese. Add optional topping.

Put pizzas in the oven for about 8 or 10 min. until the mozzarella is melted and golden. Top with fresh basil to serve.
