GREEK SALADwith White Cheese
- 2-3 Tomatoes
- 1 Cucumber
- 5-6 Greek black olives
- 1 Red onion
- 50g Emborg Danish White (or Feta)
- Salad leaves (optional)
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Red wine vinegar
Cut tomato in wedges-do not cut in cubes. Peel cucumber and cut in slices about ½ inch thick. Cut onion in thin slices.
Combine salad leaves, tomatoes and cucumbers on a serving plate. Place the thinly sliced onion on top. Add olives. Drizzle with olive oil and a splash of vinegar. Add salt to taste.
Place Emborg White Cheese/Feta on top and sprinkle entire salad with oregano.
