FLUFFY MALTY PANCAKES

Ingredients

  • Pastry flour                  200g
  • Baking powder             12g
  • Malt powder                 20g
  • Salt                                3g
  • Sugar                           50g
  • Eggs                           100g
  • Emborg Milk                 220g
  • Vanilla                            3g
  • Cardamom                     3g
  • Lemon essence              4g
  • Emborg Butter (melted)  70g

Method

Blend flour, baking powder, malt powder, salt and sugar in blender.

Add the rest of the ingredients as the blender runs. Add melted butter as final element.

Place dough in squeezy bottle and apply in relevant doses to buttered pan.

Decorate to serve.
