FIGS AND GOAT CHEESE

with a drizzle of honey

Ingredients

  • Figs
  • Goat Cheese (approx.15 grams per fig)
  • Chopped thyme
  • Honey

 

 

Method

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees celcius. Cut off the fig stems and make a cross incision in the top. Press open the figs and fill with goat cheese. Sprinkle with thyme and drizzle with honey. Transfer to baking dish and bake for about 5-10 mins till soft and juicy. Preferably serve warm.
