FIGS AND GOAT CHEESEwith a drizzle of honey
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees celcius. Cut off the fig stems and make a cross incision in the top. Press open the figs and fill with goat cheese. Sprinkle with thyme and drizzle with honey. Transfer to baking dish and bake for about 5-10 mins till soft and juicy. Preferably serve warm.
