CRANBERRY SMOOTHIE

With Yogurt

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Dried cranberries
  • 100 ml Apple juice
  • 2 litres Emborg Yogurt
  • 10 Ice cubes
  • 1 cup Walnuts
  • 2 Apples 
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla sugar

 

 

 

Method

Soak the cranberries in apple juice for about 1 hour. Chop the walnuts. Cut the apple and banana into smaller pieces. Blend all of the ingredients thoroughly. Serve with a straw.
