BREAKFAST SANDWICH
with Edam CheeseIngredients
Serves 10 people
- 100g Emborg Butter
- 20 pieces of wholemeal toast
- 20 slices of Emborg Edam
- 30 slices of ordinary or turkey bacon
- 5 avocadoes
- 5 tomatoes
- 1 pot fresh basil
Method
Spread butter on to the toast, place in frying pan with the buttered side down. Top with cheese, bacon, slices of avocado, sliced tomato and basil. Top with buttered toast, with the buttered side up. Fry for a couple of minutes and turn. Continue frying until the cheese begins to melt. Serve with an Emborg smoothie if you wish.
