BREAKFAST MUFFINS

With Yogurt and Muesli

Ingredients

(Makes 10)

  • 2 Eggs (extra large)
  • 200 g Brown sugar
  • 400 ml Emborg Yogurt
  • 240 g Flour
  • 200 g Muesli 
  • 3,5 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 2 tsp Binnamon
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 2 Apples

 

 

Method

Whip the eggs and sugar until foamy. Add the yogurt and then all of the dry ingredients.
Cut the apples into cubes and stir them into the batter.

Fill 10 large muffin trays and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 200°C.

Cool the breakfast muffins on a rack.
