BREAKFAST CROISSANT

with Cheddar and Gouda Cheese

Ingredients

Serves 10 people

  • 10 croissants
  • 10 lettuce leaves
  • 500 g thinly cut ham
  • 10 eggs
  • 10 slices of Emborg Cheddar
  • 10 slices of Emborg Gouda
  • 100g Emborg Butter
  • 40 slices of tomato

 

 

Method

Fry the eggs in butter on both sides, sprinkle with salt. Next, fry the tomatoes. Cut open the croissants and place a lettuce leaf, a slice of ham and a fried egg inside. Lastly, add the cheese and slices of fried tomato and sprinkle with the herbs.
