
BREAKFAST CROISSANT
with Cheddar and Gouda CheeseIngredients
Serves 10 people
- 10 croissants
- 10 lettuce leaves
- 500 g thinly cut ham
- 10 eggs
- 10 slices of Emborg Cheddar
- 10 slices of Emborg Gouda
- 100g Emborg Butter
- 40 slices of tomato
Method
Fry the eggs in butter on both sides, sprinkle with salt. Next, fry the tomatoes. Cut open the croissants and place a lettuce leaf, a slice of ham and a fried egg inside. Lastly, add the cheese and slices of fried tomato and sprinkle with the herbs.
