We offer different mould cheese variants. Danablu is a blue cheese made from cow's milk and is matured from the centre  of the cheese, which gives it a delicious creamy texture. Emborg Danablu is known for its intense flavour and soft creamy texture, and popular white mould cheeses Brie and Camembert are also know for their deliciously soft texture. Both cheeses originate from France. 

Add our moulded cheeses to a classic cheese table and enjoy them with sweet honey and crackers or add them to a salad for a nice cheesy twist. Danablu can also be enjoyed in burgers, sauces and gratins, to give an umami flavour.
