Introducing our Coporate Chef in Malaysia Ahmad Mustaffa. Chef Ahmad has been in the industry for over 20 years and specialises in fine dining and baking. Ahmad has worked in restaurants and 5-star hotels in Malaysia and as a technical chef for an international sauce manufacturing company. He brings valuable expertise to our professional foodservice team, where he supports sales, conducts demonstrations and provides valuable inputs for recipe creations.
